Welcome to purposeful living today. We hope your day has been great? Today, we shall focus on women as God's special creation in order for them to know their worth amongst God's other creation. Women are special in God's eyes and also, in the midst of God's other creation.

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
“So God created man in his own image,
 in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
“And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it… And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.” Genesis 1:26-28; 31

In the first chapter of the book of Genesis — the book of beginnings — God spoke the world into existence. He spoke and creation bursts forth: light; the heavens; the earth; plants; the sun and moon; and creatures that fly, swim and walk on land. God also separated: light and darkness; day and night; the sky and the earth; and water and land.
But God’s creation of mankind was different. He honored humanity by creating us in His own image and likeness, male and female. This story is expanded in Genesis 2, as God formed the man from the dust of the earth and breathed the breath of life into him. He then fashioned the woman from the man’s side — or heart. He separated humans into two sexes, male and female. Each was distinct and valuable, and both reflected the image and likeness of God.

The word “sex” comes from a Latin word meaning “to divide or separate,” showing that humanity was separated into two groups, male and female. Not only does Moses write about this in Genesis, but Jesus and the Apostle Paul also point to the male-female creation as a foundational truth.
Adam rejoiced at the creation of Eve, celebrating and recognizing her as his partner, a complement, distinct from any other created being. Woman is uniquely formed as a gift for man — and man as a gift for woman. The two aspects of God’s image, male and female, are joined wholly together in marriage — a unique, permanent and covenantal relationship.

When God created the heavens and the earth, He spoke them into being. When God created man, He formed him and breathed life into his nostrils. But God fashioned woman and breathed the breath of life into man because the nostrils of the woman are too delicate. He allowed a deep sleep to come over man so He could patiently and perfectly fashion the woman. Man was put to sleep so that he could not interfere with the creativity of woman. From one bone, woman was fashioned. God chose the bone that protects man's life. God chose the strong yet delicate rib which protects man's heart and lungs and supports him, as women are meant to do. Around this one bone, woman was fashioned and shaped. A woman's characteristics are as the rib; strong yet delicate and fragile. Woman provide protection for the most delicate organs in man: his heart and lungs. Man's heart is the center of his whole being; his lungs hold the breath of life. The rib cage will allow itself to be broken
before it will allow damage to his heart and lungs.

Adam walked with God in the cool of the day and yet he was lonely. He could not see God or touch him. He could only feel Him. So everything God wanted Adam to share and experience with Him was fashioned in woman; namely: God's Holiness, Strength, Purity, Love, Protection, and Support.
A woman therefore is special because she is the extension of God. Of all that lives and breathes, she is the most like God; that is why she is called the "Mother of Life". Man represents God's image; Woman, His emotions. Together, the man and woman represents the totality of God.

Women can also be referred to as God's last born because it was after God created all things from the first day to the sixth day, and then created man; before He fashioned the woman out of man. Imagine how you would treat your last born as a father or mother. You give to him/her whatever is requested with lots of care and pampering. This also, is how God treats women, and it is from here, she gets her power and confidence; in who her Creator sees her to be. As a woman, make the best use of your last born identity to get from your loving Father whatever you earnestly request from Him.

Dearly beloved woman, never think less of you. Know who your Creator has created you to be. Know your worth and purpose. Your circumstances do not define you; what defines you is what your Creator created you to be and sees in you. You have no right to beg for a man's attention for you have been created as His help meet. Know that God loves you too much that is why He fashioned you the way He did. Know your worth.

A Godly woman has the opportunity to be one of the greatest influencers on earth. The striking beauty of her spirit may win the soul of her unbelieving husband. Her adherence to God’s design in marriage can proclaim the glory of the gospel. Her faith in and knowledge of God’s word can spill over into her spheres of ministry.

However, if a woman does not know her God and his word, and if she is not clinging to its precious promises, she begins to resemble Eve, the mother of her flesh. Her heart can easily be deceived by the enemy’s craftiness, and her affections can be led astray. We who have trusted in Christ are not only descendants of Eve, but now we are descendants of Sarah, the free woman (Galatians 4:31). We are children of promise and we are no longer in bondage to Eve’s nature. In 1 Peter 3:1–6 and Hebrews 11:11–12, we receive the commendation of Sarah’s faith, and we are pointed to her life as an example of biblical womanhood.

If you are not born again as a woman or do not love knowledge of the Truth, your root is still in Eve and you can be deceived by Satan's craftiness making you unable to live up to your full potential of who you were created to be. Life is all about fulfilling purpose and if you do not leave your footprints on the sands of time, there will be nothing great you will be remembered for and nobody loves that!

You can begin a relationship now with the Lord Jesus Christ by saying this prayer:

Lord Jesus Christ I acknowledge that I am a sinner, I believe in your death and resurrection. I ask you to forgive me my sins, I reject the devil and all his works and l welcome the Holy Spirit into my life. I declare today I am born again and I am a child of God in Jesus name .Amen . If you just said that prayer I welcome you to God's family. Look for a Bible believing church where God's word is taught and fellowship there.
