Welcome to purposeful living today. You are highly blessed and favoured. Hope you are having an amazing weekend? I am delighted to have you here.

God saw the oppression of the children of Israel and their need for freedom from the Egyptians. He with his outstretched hand delivered the children of Israel out of Egypt. The children of Israel saw the miracles God did to set them free from the tyranny of Pharaoh. When God set them free from Egypt, He needed to teach the Egyptians a life time lesson that He is the supreme God above the gods of Egypt and any other gods. So He took them through the route where they saw the red sea, with no way of escape and the Egyptians coming behind them to send the Israelites back to Egypt. I can imagine the disappointment, fear and frustration of the Israelites, as this was not part of the promise God gave to them.

This was what they said when they saw the Egyptians coming behind them and in front of them in the red sea:

"[11]And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
[12]Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
[13]And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever" (Exodus 14:11-13 KJV).

The Israelites preferred the slavery life style in Egypt not the promised land that God was taking them to with milk and honey because they thought they were alone and God was not with them. They felt like God forced them out of Egypt, and a little challenge made them lose their trust in God who plagued the Egyptians for their freedom. They are before the red sea and the next thing was to blame Moses for asking them to live Egypt. Instead of trusting God they were murmuring against God.
Dear friend most times in life we act like the Children of Israel when we are faced with life threatening challenges; we feel we are alone and God is not with us. So,the mountain looks so high that we forget to look at the God that is bigger than the mountain, I mean the God whose presence melts the mountain like ice, the God who is the mountain mover...

"The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace" (Exodus 14:14).

Don't do his job for Him, you can't even do it, so stay in Peace and let Him work.
When challenges come our way we don't remember what God has done for us in the past, we don't meditate on His goodness to us in the past challenges that He gave us victory, rather we worry about the situation and worry does not add value it takes away from you the ability to add value to your life. Worry is an enemy to progress, it hinders you from enjoying the peace of God and his leading in that situation.
There is no situation God cannot give you Victory. He is not happy that you are oppressed by the devil, this is the reason Jesus Christ came to set us free. So he is saying to you : Jesus on the Cross paid the full price for your victory all you need do is to claim and receive what is rightfully yours as a child of God.

God is your SOURCE and the One that RESOURCES you.

He wants the best for you. He wants the best marriage, job, home, wife, husband, friends etc all for you. He wants you to live in prosperity, divine health, joy, peace, love, Grace, fellowship with Him...

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10).

God is not against you, God is for you. He is your STRENGTH. He is your HELPER. He is the LIFTER OF YOUR HEAD. He is your SAVIOUR THAT GIVES YOU VICTORY.

Refuse to give fear a sit in your mind, hold unto God's promises for you in His word, meditate on His word. Live by faith, it is your faith that pleases God not your fear. This why He told the Israelite as He is saying to you today " fear not". We fight the fight of faith as believers by trusting in God not concerned about our challenges.

"You cannot walk in freedom from any oppression living in fear but living by faith."

When you are faced with any challenge, talk to your Father in Heaven. Pray and not worry. Pray and not fear. Pray, believe you have received what you have asked Him for and you will certainly see it in manifestation.
God is only against the sinner that chooses not to accept the Lord Jesus Christ. He is against those who chooses to live in sin. He is against those who think they can live without Him... He is calling them to repentance right now because their eternity is with the devil in Hell. This is why Jesus came to make the sinner to become righteous. Come to Jesus today before it is late!

There is a void in every man that not wealth, fame, social status, sex, drink, fun and the likes can fill. It is only God that can fill that void, what is that void that is missing? It is the absence of JESUS IN YOUR LIFE AND ALL HE OFFERS such as peace, love, righteousness and joy in the Holy Ghost. You have taken the wheel of your life all by yourself and like Peter you have caught nothing with your life, this is the time to allow Jesus Christ into your boat (life) so he can help you to catch the fullness of life in him that gives you a meaningful life on earth and defines your eternal destination.

If you want to surrender to Jesus Christ why not say this prayer:
Lord Jesus Christ I acknowledge that I am a sinner, I believe in your death and resurrection. I ask you forgive me of my sins, I reject the devil and all his works and l welcome the Holy Spirit into my life. I declare today I am born again and I am a child of God in Jesus name .Amen .
If you just said that prayer I welcome you to God's family. Look for a Bible believing church where God's word is taught to fellowship there.
